You will contribute by analyzing customer facilities and requirements to help drive their business needs through the EPLAN platform.
What we are looking for is a Salesforce Administrator with the ability to passionately promote and display their industry knowledge to an expansive clientele as we strive to grow our business.
- Validate requirements, write user stories, validate and test development results, support deployment, go live activities and support hyper care phase
- Create assessments and training material, support trainings management team in its activities, and lead training sessions on how to utilize Salesforce moving forward at Eplan. The Salesforce assessments and manuals created will serve as a template for the training of global Sales teams and Account Managers.
- Support data migration and data cleansing.
- Support to transfer local statutory requirements in the existing Salesforce Master Template.
- Further tasks addressed by GSO management in relation to the international Salesforce implementation
- Extensive experience with Salesforce - no specific modules
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Evangelist/Trainer
- Global experience
- Patience and personality to work with different people at different levels within the organization who speak different languages and have different cultures.
- Will be expected to go onsite to the US HQ in Schaumburg for a week or less to meet with VP of HR and the US team
- Minimal travel to the other US-based offices and some global locations.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without any type of sponsorship.
